Sales.co doubled the Twitter visitors who stayed, in week one
Sales.co runs done-for-you outbound. Much of its traffic comes from x.com, and most of those visitors left the home page without a click. UserProof showed why on the second day of recording, Claude Code shipped the fix the same afternoon, and UserProof checked it six days later.
What UserProof found
Visitors from x.com landed on the home page and left: 76% bounced, against 28% from other sources. 69% of them were on a phone. On a phone the first screen held only the headline and a seven-line paragraph, and both buttons sat on screen two. They left at a median of 7 seconds, 12% of the way down the page. 136 phone visits produced zero button clicks.
The fix
On phones only, a one-line subhead ("100% done-for-you outbound. From $2,000/month.") and both buttons, START NOW and BOOK CALL, now sit on the first screen. Desktop stayed the same. It shipped October 20 at 20:52 UTC and was marked applied in UserProof at the same moment.
The check, six days later
| x.com visits to the home page | Before (14 days) | After (6 days) |
|---|---|---|
| Bounced | 90 of 118 (76%) | 45 of 85 (53%) |
| Took a next step | 25 of 118 (21%) | 38 of 85 (45%) |
The bounce drop is 23 points (95% interval 10 to 36). Over the same period the share taking a next step fell on sales.co's other pages, so the lift is not site-wide drift: the difference-in-differences is 39 points (95% interval 23 to 54).
What we can't claim yet: sales. Conversions from these visits went from 0 to 1, too few to call. Detecting a 20% sales lift on this page would take far more traffic than it gets, so the money read is a context check on November 3, not proof.
