Terms of Service
Last updated: October 18, 2026
The service
UserProof provides a Claude Code plugin, a JavaScript snippet you install on your website, behavior metrics counted from recorded events, and AI-written recommendations. The service is provided "as is". We work to keep it accurate and available, and we do not guarantee uninterrupted operation.
Plans and billing
The Free plan includes 3 analyses per month. The Pro plan is $29 per month, billed through Stripe, and renews automatically until cancelled. An analysis is one top-fix run. Recording, scans of your site, setup and fix checks do not count against your cap. You can cancel at any time, and access continues through the end of the paid period. Payments are non-refundable except where the law requires otherwise.
Your responsibilities
Install the snippet only on websites you own or are authorized to operate. You are responsible for telling your visitors about analytics collection where the law requires it. Do not use the service where behavioral tracking is prohibited, and do not try to record sensitive form data through it.
Acceptable use
No abuse of the API or event endpoints, no attempts to exhaust other customers' usage caps, no reselling access without our written permission, and nothing illegal. We may suspend accounts that break these terms, with notice when practical.
Your data
You own your site's data. We claim no rights to it beyond what is needed to run the service. Raw events are kept for 30 days. You can ask us to delete your data at any time. We may publish fully aggregated, de-identified statistics.
Liability
To the maximum extent the law allows, UserProof is not liable for indirect or consequential damages, including lost revenue, data or customers. Our total liability is capped at the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim, or $100 on the Free plan.
Changes
We may update these terms as the product changes. We will post the new version here with a new date. Continued use after that means you accept it.
